This company did a great job, very professional, made sure he was aware of any problem areas, and at the end of the job he cleaned up, we walked around the house, he made sure I was satisfied. My vinyl on my house is 16 years old, my husband used to pressure wash it, he finally said it was uncleanable and wanted new siding. We hired Cape Fear Pro Wash, just this past week for the following services. Low pressure house wash, Exterior window washing, and the dryer vent cleaning service. During the quotation process, they could not have been more helpful. The quotation even included coded of their liability insurance certificate, which I found to be quite impressive. Pricing was fair and certainly worth every penny after seeing the completed job. The staff that came to do the work were incredibly polite, respectful, and thorough. Without asking, they even went the extra mile to protect my outside cameras before starting, by wrapping then in plastic to ensure their safety. When they were near done, they called me to see I'd I wanted to inspect the home, which I did. The house didn't look that good when we built in in 2017, I could not be more impressed. As mentioned, our home is only 1.5 years old, but we're had the dryer vent cleaned just to be safe. I was amazed with just how much debris and lint wad trapped in there. I am so thankful that I decided to have that service done.

Absolutely love this company! I had another company scheduled that cancelled on me the day of my appointment. A professional group of guys, that were efficient, fast, courteous, but very careful. They listened to my concerns and requests and fully complied. Heavily stained concrete driveway clean and white again. Three workers each using his own apparatus on a different side of the house made short work of a large job.
